1. Data we collect
Depending on how you use Serqo, we collect account and contact information, authentication and API key metadata, billing and credit records, and service usage and technical information. This may include API request details, request status and timing, network information such as IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited. If you contact us, we process the information you provide in your message.
2. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as needed to operate and secure Serqo, manage accounts and billing, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Some deleted information may remain in backup copies for a limited period. Closing an account revokes access and keys, but information we need to retain for these purposes may remain.
3. How we use data
We use this information to provide and secure the service, process searches, manage accounts and billing, prevent abuse, understand which campaigns lead to signups, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information with service providers that help operate Serqo, including hosting, payment processing, search delivery and public-site analytics. Search requests are sent to the relevant search services to return results. Google receives public-page analytics data, as described in Section 7.
5. Your rights
You can view and update certain account details and close your account in Settings. Closing revokes sessions and API keys. We may retain information needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, and protect the service. To ask about information associated with your account, Open the contact form

7. Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on public pages to understand visits and traffic patterns. It may process page interaction, browser and device information, approximate location, and identifiers stored through cookies or similar technologies. Campaign parameters may be stored in a first-party cookie and associated with an account if you sign up. See Google's Privacy Policy and Analytics data collection for details.
